SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are handmade, and orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. We use Shiprocket for couriers.

Timely updates about your product will be sent through email or phone. Once shipped, you can expect to receive the product within 4-5 working days. However, potential delays due to climate issues, political issues, COVID-19 restrictions, a high volume of orders, or courier service problems are outside of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you 7 days (1 week) after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@madeofclay.in. Returns should be sent to the following address: Made of Clay, 88, 3rd Main Rd, Anam Enclave Layout, Ashwath Nagar, Thanisandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as freebies or products received as a promotional offer and gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You must pay the difference if the price of the new item is higher than the original item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
